Set the brand once
In your Admin Console, lock the logo, colors, layout, links, and legal line. Or upload a screenshot of your current signature and let the import match it.

Authorize in Google Admin
Add our client ID under domain-wide delegation with two narrow permissions: read your user directory, and write Gmail signature settings. About one minute.

Preview your staff
We read your Google directory and show every active user with the name, title, department, and phone Google already has. Tick who gets it.

Press Install
Each person's signature is written straight into their Gmail settings. Their next email carries it. Change the template later, press Install again, and everyone updates.
Compliance on day one, and it stays that way.
- Every inbox, not most inboxes. Self-serve rollouts stall at the people who never get around to it. Central install reaches all of them at once.
- New hires are covered. Add the person in Google, press Preview, press Install. Done before their first email.
- Legal lines you can vouch for. When the admin installs the disclaimer, you can tell your insurer or counsel that every outgoing email carries it.
- Rebrands take minutes. New logo or new legal wording? Update the template and re-install. Nobody has to be asked twice.

Questions
What can Staff Signature see or do in our Google account?+
Two things, and only those two: read the names, titles, departments, phones, and email addresses in your user directory, and read and write each user's Gmail signature setting. We cannot read, send, or delete any email. Google shows the exact scopes on the authorization screen, and you can revoke them in Google Admin at any time.
Does it cost extra?+
No. Central install is included with every team, organization, and agency keyword. Each person installed uses one seat, the same as a self-serve install. Re-installing someone does not use another seat.
What about people who use Outlook or Apple Mail with their Google account?+
Those apps keep their own signatures, so they still paste once from their signature page. The Gmail web and mobile apps pick up the installed signature automatically.
We are on Microsoft 365. Can you do this for us?+
Microsoft does not provide a supported way to set each user's Outlook signature centrally. For Microsoft organizations we use invites with automatic reminders and an install log, so you still see exactly who is done.
Our directory titles are out of date.+
The preview shows what will be installed before anything happens. Fix titles and phones in Google Admin, press Preview again, and install. Most organizations find this a welcome excuse to clean the directory.
