Terms of Service

What you buy

A single purchase gives you one signature page, hosted by us, with install instructions, and the right to edit it. A team or organization purchase gives you a keyword with a fixed number of signature seats, an Admin Console, and the features shown in it. An agency purchase gives you a pool of seats to split across client keywords.

Seats are consumed one per email address and are not returned when a person leaves. Purchases are one-time; there is no renewal fee. We host your signature images for as long as the service operates.

Your content

You keep ownership of your logo, text, and links. You give us permission to store and serve them so your signature works. You confirm you have the right to use the logo and names you upload, and that your signature does not contain anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. We may remove content that violates this.

Fair use

Do not attempt to use the service without paying, share keywords outside your organization, scrape or overload the service, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend keywords or signatures used abusively, and we will tell the purchaser why.

Organization keywords

The person who buys a keyword is responsible for who receives it. The Admin Console log shows every use. Invites and reminders sent through the console are sent at your request and on your behalf, and you confirm you have a legitimate relationship with the recipients.

Google Workspace central install

If you authorize central install, you confirm you are an administrator entitled to set signatures for your organization's users and that you have told them. You can revoke our access in Google Admin at any time.

Refunds

Our refund policy is on the Refund Policy page and is part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including anything that happens because a mail client renders a signature differently than expected.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially reduces what you bought, you may ask for a refund of the affected purchase within 30 days of the change. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and disputes will be handled in its courts, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
