Refund Policy

Short version: if it does not work for you and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.

Single signatures ($4.99)

If your signature will not install in Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail and our support cannot get it working with you, we refund the purchase in full. Ask within 30 days of purchase.

Team, organization, and agency blocks

If fewer than 10% of the seats have been used, we refund the block in full within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that, we refund the unused portion of the seats on request within 60 days of purchase. Seats that have been used are not refundable because the signatures stay hosted.

How to ask

Email hello@staffsignature.com from the address used at checkout with your keyword or signature link. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please ask us first. A chargeback filed without contacting us results in the keyword or signature being suspended while it is resolved.
