CodeTwo is a Microsoft 365 signature tool from a company that says it serves over 140,000 organizations. It sells one plan with every feature: server-side signatures in the cloud or an Outlook add-in deployed from the Microsoft 365 admin center, Entra ID directory sync, banners and a campaign scheduler, reply signatures, QR codes and vCards, surveys, central auto-replies, ISO 27001 certification and 24/7 support. It does not support Google Workspace.

- One plan, priced per user with volume discounts, billed yearly or monthly. Prices exclude tax.
- Minimum 10 licenses and a 1-month minimum subscription. The calculator stops at 500 users and asks for a quote above that.

Yes. Your Microsoft 365 admin deploys our Outlook add-in once, and every new email, reply and forward gets the signature in Outlook on the web, Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android. We never route your mail. CodeTwo also offers server-side signatures that cover non-Outlook apps; if you need that, CodeTwo is the better fit.
Does Staff Signature work with Google Workspace?
Yes. CodeTwo is Microsoft 365 only. Staff Signature works in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, and can install centrally in Google Workspace.
