What Exclaimer does better
- Signatures are applied on the server for Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Google Workspace on every plan, so they show up on phones and webmail with no staff action.
- Directory sync with Entra ID (Azure AD) or Google on every plan, so new hires, title changes, and departures update on their own.
- SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 and 27018 certifications, plus a 99.99% uptime commitment. That matters if your purchase goes through a security review.
- On Pro: A/B testing of banners, HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, HR system sync, an audit log, and meeting branding for Teams, Zoom, and Meet.
- Targeting rules on Standard and up, such as a different signature for internal and external email.
- A 14-day free trial with no credit card.
If any of these is a requirement, Exclaimer is the better choice. Staff Signature is for teams that use Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail, are fine with each person pasting their signature in once (about two minutes, with automatic reminders), and would rather pay once than renew every year.

Which Exclaimer plan includes click tracking?
Pro. Exclaimer's engagement dashboard, with click-throughs and A/B tests, is not on Starter or Standard. Staff Signature includes click tracking per link and per person on every team plan.
Does Staff Signature install on the Microsoft 365 server like Exclaimer?
No. Each person installs their signature by copy and paste into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail, which takes about two minutes, and the Admin Console sends automatic reminders. If you need signatures applied on the server with no staff action, Exclaimer is the better fit.
Is Staff Signature a subscription?
No. You pay once: $99 for 25 signatures, $299 for 100, $649 for 250, or $999 for 500. There is no renewal.
Pay once for the whole team
$299 for 100 matching signatures, with the Admin Console, banners, scheduled banners, and click tracking included. If fewer than 80% of the staff you invite have installed within 14 days, we refund the block in full.
